Inertia
Inertia is the property of an object to continue in its original state. It is the property of matter that causes it to resist any change in its motion. Here the word state means either the rest state or the motion state of the body. The property of a body by which it cannot itself change its state of rest or its uniform motion in a straight line is called metio. Both mus and tin are measured in the same unit i.e kilogram.
