 System Analysis and design.

  Definition:-

                      Information System analysis and design is method to develop and maintain the system that perform basic business functions. The analysis and design are mainly based on understand business objectives and processes. 

 

Introduction:-

                     Systems are created to solve problems. One cam think of the system approach as organized way of dealing with a problem. I this dynamic world, the Subject System is and Design (SAD), mainly deals with software development activities. 


System Analysis :-

                            It is a process of collecting and interpreting facts, identifying the problems, and decomposition of a system into it's components. 

System analysis is conducted for the purpose of studying a system or it's parts in order to identify its objectives. It is a problem solving techniques that improves the system works efficiently to accomplish their purpose. 


System Design :-

                         It is a process of planning a new business systems or replacing on existing system by definition its components or modules to satisfy the specific requirements. 

        Basic planning you need to understand the old system thoroughly and determine how computer can best be used in order to operate efficiently. 


  Objective Of System Analysis :-

       1. To determine specific needs of system.

       2. Discuss approaches and tasks of system.

       3. Evaluate tools and techniques.

       4. Use appropriate methods and techniques to 

            design software.
